Cupa Cabana began, ironically, with a bad cup of coffee.
More than 30 years ago, our founder Marianne Cordillo attended a wedding that was beautiful in every way—except for the coffee. For someone with a discerning palate and a passion for exceptional hospitality, it was a moment that couldn’t be ignored. The very next morning, Cupa Cabana was born.
What started as a mission to elevate coffee service at special events has since grown into the Northeast’s original mobile espresso and coffee catering company—serving everything from intimate bridal showers to large-scale corporate conferences, product launches, team-building retreats, birthday parties, fashion shows, and everything in between.

Rooted in Taste, Built on Experience
Marianne still leads the Cupa Cabana team today. She personally curates our rotating coffee bean selections and oversees event planning, ensuring that every setup meets the standards that first inspired the company. It’s a labor of love—and one grounded in the belief that a great cup of coffee can transform an entire experience.
While Marianne sets the tone, the heart of Cupa Cabana is our team of talented, passionate baristas. They’re the smiling faces behind the bar, the skilled hands behind every espresso pull, and the people who create meaningful moments with every interaction. Their professionalism, friendliness, and energy define what makes a Cupa Cabana event so memorable.
